elf (eyes lips face) is a really great makeup site! i’m not sure if they are online only, but you should really check them out. they have eyeliners, mascaras, mirrors, brushes, shadows, nailpolish, lipglosses, lipsticks, and almost everything for only 1 dollar! and it’s not just like they are a really cheap quality, everyone that’s ordered stuff from there says its great....
